• Primary Capital Advisory is part of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions group and advises on private-market fundraising.
• The team comprises more than 40 professionals across eight offices in the United States, Europe, and Middle East.
• The team has collectively worked on more than 300 private equity fundraises since 2010.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, with graduation expected between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory through internships or coursework.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, including interpreting and communicating data-driven insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional presentation style.
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, curiosity, and independent thinking.
• Highly organized team player able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• The stated salary range is $110,000–$110,000; a competitive benefits package is also provided.
