About the role

Join Houlihan Lokey’s Chicago Financial Restructuring Group as a Summer Financial Analyst supporting creditor- and debtor-side restructurings, distressed M&A, financings, and balance-sheet advisory engagements. The internship offers exposure to diverse investment banking products, substantial responsibility, and work across in- and out-of-court transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work on creditor- and debtor-side financial restructurings and distressed M&A engagements.
• Support in-court and out-of-court transactions across various financial advisory and investment banking products.
• Gain exposure to debt and equity financings, balance-sheet restructurings, and distressed M&A advisory.
• Contribute to special situation principal investing projects and receive substantial responsibility.
