About the role

The Corporate Finance Summer Financial Analyst internship in Washington, DC, targets students graduating between December 2028 and June 2029. Analysts support mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity private placements, refinancings, leveraged buyouts, and financial research while working collaboratively with senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, refinancings, and leveraged buyout transactions.
• Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, and industry-specific developments.
• Evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies.
• Support client projects while gaining exposure to varied investment banking services and industries.
• Interact with senior-level professionals in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
