About the role

This Los Angeles-based 2028 Investment Banking Summer Financial Analyst internship sits within Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. You will support corporate finance transactions, including M&A, debt and equity private placements, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts, while researching financial statements, markets, industries, acquisitions, divestitures, and securities.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, refinancings, leveraged buyouts, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Research financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions, divestitures, and publicly traded and private securities.
• Take on substantial responsibility and interact with senior-level professionals in a collaborative environment.

Team

• The Consumer Group advises companies on M&A, restructuring, financial advisory, and debt and equity capital raising matters.
• The role provides broad exposure to investment banking services and client industries.
