Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity placements, refinancings, and leveraged buyout transactions.
• Research financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Analyze investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held securities companies.
• Work collaboratively with professionals while interacting with senior-level staff and assuming substantial responsibility.
