Responsibilities

• Support transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.
• Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Evaluate investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held securities companies.
• Work collaboratively with professionals and interact with senior-level staff.

Required Qualifications

• Pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Demonstrate foundational corporate finance knowledge and keen interest in the field.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Show a strong work ethic and proven leadership skills.
• Not require employment visa sponsorship currently or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand fundamental valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
