Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions, private placements, refinancings, leveraged buyouts, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes.
• Work collaboratively with professionals across organizational levels and interact with senior-level team members.
