About the role

This summer associate role in Houlihan Lokey’s Atlanta Business Services Group offers MBA candidates exposure to investment banking transactions, including M&A, debt and equity placements, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. Associates analyze companies and markets, work with senior professionals, and receive substantial responsibility in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity placements, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.
• Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, and industry-specific developments.
• Analyze acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private securities companies.
• Collaborate with professionals and interact with senior-level colleagues on transaction-related work.

• Business Services provides M&A advisory, capital raising, and corporate restructuring services to public and private companies.
• The group covers professional and technology-related services across multiple end markets and collaborates with other product groups.
