Role and Responsibilities

• Support portfolio valuation teams for hedge funds, private equity, and business development companies.
• Analyze financial statements and perform quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Review investment memoranda, board presentations, and financial models.
• Compile financial summaries and develop financial ratios.
• Research public company filings, press releases, and analyst reports.
• Construct valuation analyses including discounted cash flow and precedent transactions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence meetings and client communications.
• Draft client deliverables and assist in fee proposal preparation.
• Conduct ad-hoc research and support project teams.
• Coordinate engagement invoices and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Financial Engineering, or related field.
• Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and financial statement analysis skills.
• Fundamental understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
• Proficient in Excel modeling and strong communication skills.
