Summer 2027 Financial Analyst role in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation practice, based in San Francisco or Atlanta. The position supports asset managers by building complex financial models, analyzing financial statements, securities, transactions, industries, and investment attributes, while providing exposure to diverse industries, complex transactions, senior professionals, and firm marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex financial models and analyze financial statements, industry conditions, developments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Evaluate investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held securities.
• Participate in the firm’s marketing efforts during the summer.
• Work with experienced professionals and senior officers across complex transactions and industries.

Portfolio Valuation Practice

• Advise many of the world’s largest asset managers on portfolio valuation matters.
• Draw on expertise across asset classes, industries, private companies, structured products, and derivatives.
