Responsibilities
- Build financial and cash flow models for real estate assets and platforms.
- Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and financing memoranda.
- Support execution of real estate capital markets and M&A transactions.
- Assist in debt advisory for large-scale financings and liability restructuring.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analyses on real estate trends.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Outstanding academic record in accounting, economics, finance, or real estate.
- Previous internship experience in real estate investment, debt advisory, M&A, private equity, or restructuring.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and economic drivers.
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, especially cash flow modeling.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or interest in the real estate sector.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
- Motivated and able to work cooperatively in a demanding environment.
