Join Houlihan Lokey's Primary Capital Advisory team as an intern to support private equity fundraising through strategic advice, marketing documentation, and fundraising process management. Gain experience in a leading global investment bank's capital solutions group.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on alternative asset brand positioning for competitive advantage.
- Produce core fund marketing documents including investor presentations and DDQs.
- Manage fundraising processes, including investor tracking and client communication.
- Complete due diligence materials responding to potential investor inquiries.
- Originate new opportunities by meeting clients and preparing pitch materials.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in private equity fundraising at a placement agent or investor relations team.
- Alternatively, experience in investment banking or transaction services from reputable institutions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and teamwork encouraged.

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program focused on finance, accounting, or management.
- High attention to detail and superior analytical skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask with an organized approach.
- Good understanding of private equity industry fundamentals and trends.
- Fluency in French and English; additional European language (Spanish or German) preferred.
