6-Month Off-Cycle Internship - Corporate Finance

About the role

Six-month Corporate Finance internship in Milan, providing exposure comparable to a first-year Analyst. You will support pitch and client materials, market and company analysis, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and live transactions. The internship must begin in November 2026 and is intended for penultimate- or final-year students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pitch books and other client materials for advisory engagements.
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses to support transaction teams.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses using relevant methodologies.
• Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes.
• Work as part of project teams on live transactions.

Requirements

• Be in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Demonstrate an outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance.
• Have previous internship experience in investment banking or related fields.
• Understand valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Bring strong quantitative, financial, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Be fluent in English and Italian and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in or interest in the relevant sector is advantageous.
• International experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work cooperatively across staff levels in a demanding environment.
