6-Month Off-Cycle Internship - Corporate Finance

About the role

Six-month off-cycle internship in Houlihan Lokey’s Stockholm Corporate Finance team, supporting mergers and acquisitions, financing, valuation, and live transaction work. Interns receive exposure comparable to first-year Analysts while preparing client materials, researching markets and companies, building financial models, conducting valuation analysis, and supporting buy-side and sell-side due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitch books and other client materials for Corporate Finance engagements.
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses to support advisory assignments.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses using established methodologies.
• Support due diligence processes on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Work as part of project teams on live transactions.

Team and Exposure

• Join Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business in Stockholm, focusing on the technology industry.
• Gain meaningful on-the-job experience with exposure comparable to a first-year Analyst.
• Support advisory work across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing solutions.
