Houlihan Lokey offers a 6-month internship in Milan within the Debt Advisory team, providing exposure to various debt products and financing structures in a dynamic investment banking environment.

Responsibilities
- Support transactions and gain exposure to debt products like bank debt, unitranche, subordinated debt, and hybrid instruments.
- Work on growth capital, LBO/acquisition financing, refinancings, repricings, dividend recapitalizations, and special situations.
- Research and analyze financial statements using models and industry data for public and private companies.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and process materials.
- Coordinate client and lender calls.

Qualifications
- Previous internship in investment banking, private debt, debt advisory, rating advisory, or consulting.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Final year or recent graduate, preferably with a master's in finance, economics, or management.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
