About the role
Graduate Financial Analyst role in Houlihan Lokey’s Frankfurt Technology M&A advisory team. The position supports sell-side and buy-side transactions, with exposure to financial analysis, valuation, industry research, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, and financing structures. Candidates must be fluent in German and English and available to start by July 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate finance engagements for sell-side and buy-side Technology M&A transactions.
- Research and analyse financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, and public and private company investment attributes.
- Analyse acquisitions and divestitures while developing knowledge of capital raisings and financing structures.
- Work as a dedicated transaction team member supporting live assignments.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and interact with senior-level colleagues on client engagements.
