About the role
Join Houlihan Lokey’s Frankfurt Industrials M&A advisory team as a Graduate Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance. You will support sell-side and buy-side transactions, research companies and markets, analyse financial statements, and develop expertise in valuation, capital raisings, and financing structures through live client engagements and senior-level interaction.
Responsibilities
- Support sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements for companies in the Industrials sector.
- Research financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Analyse investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies.
- Develop knowledge of valuation methodologies, capital raisings, and financing structures.
- Work within transaction teams and interact with senior-level professionals on live engagements.
