About the role
Join Houlihan Lokey’s Zurich Consumer Group as a Graduate Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance. Support live sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, research companies and markets, analyse financial statements, and develop knowledge of valuation, capital raisings, and financing structures while working with senior professionals in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Support sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory assignments for Consumer sector companies.
- Research financial statements, economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Analyse publicly traded and private companies and their investment attributes.
- Gain knowledge of valuation, capital raisings, and financing structures.
- Work as a dedicated member of transaction teams on live engagements.
Working Environment
- Work collaboratively with experienced Corporate Finance professionals based in Zurich.
- Receive substantial responsibility and interaction with senior-level professionals.
- Support clients across M&A advisory and capital-raising assignments.
