2027 Corporate Finance Internship (4–6 Months) – Zurich

About the role

Four-to-six-month Corporate Finance internship in Zurich starting March 2027. The intern will receive first-year Analyst-level exposure, supporting pitch materials, market and company analysis, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and live buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a focus on the Consumer and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitch books and other client materials for financial advisory engagements.
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses across relevant sectors.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses using established methodologies.
• Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes.
• Contribute to project teams working on live transactions.

Program Timing

• Available internship placement begins in March 2027 and lasts four to six months.

Candidate Profile

• Be in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or already graduated.
• Demonstrate an outstanding academic record and strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
• Have previous internship experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
• Understand valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
• Work effectively under pressure, with attention to detail and a cooperative approach.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
