Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pitch and client materials similar to a first-year Analyst.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain experience in financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Develop technology sector expertise.
- Support due diligence on buy-side and sell-side processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus.
- Penultimate or final year Bachelor’s or Master’s student.
- Outstanding academic record in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Prior internship experience in M&A advisory or related area.
- Strong understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
