Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pitch and client materials.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain experience in financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Support due diligence processes on buy and sell side.
- Work as part of a project team on live transactions.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English required; additional languages advantageous.
- Penultimate or final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Previous internship experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or interest in Industrials sector.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
- Motivated and able to work cooperatively in a demanding environment.
