Responsibilities
- Support Capital Solutions team with pitch and client material preparation.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain exposure similar to a first-year Analyst.
- Work on financial advisory projects during the internship.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Penultimate or final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Previous internship experience in M&A advisory, Debt Advisory, or related fields.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Submit CV and all academic transcripts including high school diploma.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience in the sector.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
- Motivated and able to work cooperatively in a dynamic environment.
