Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial data.
- Create detailed financial models for transactions.

Candidate Qualifications
- Strong academic record from a reputable university, graduating 2025 or 2026.
- Minimum 6 months internship in M&A or related role, preferably in Technology.
- Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and valuation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
