Responsibilities
- Support transactions within the Debt Advisory team in Paris.
- Gain exposure to debt products like senior loans, mezzanine debt, and equity.
- Assist in growth capital, acquisition financing, refinancings, and special situations.
- Research and analyze financial statements and economic conditions.
- Prepare client presentations and coordinate client and lender calls.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Available for 6 months starting July 2026.
- 9-12 months internship experience in leveraged finance, debt fund, or advisory.
- Fluent in French and English, additional languages advantageous.
- Final year master's student in business, management, or finance.
- Knowledge of debt products and strong analytical and modeling skills.
