Responsibilities
- Work with investment bankers on M&A advisory assignments in sectors like Business Services, Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, or Technology.
- Assist in preparing client materials and conducting market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain experience in financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence support.
- Receive on-the-job training similar to a first-year analyst level.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluency in English and French required; additional languages advantageous.
- 6+ months internship experience in M&A or related fields.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
