Responsibilities
- Work alongside investment bankers on M&A advisory assignments across various industries.
- Assist in preparing client materials and conducting market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain experience in financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Support due diligence processes throughout the internship.
- Receive on-the-job training similar to a first-year analyst.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fluency in English and French required; additional languages advantageous.
- At least 6 months of prior internship experience in M&A or related fields.
- Understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
