6-Month Off-Cycle Internship - Corporate Finance
This 6-month off-cycle internship in Corporate Finance at Houlihan Lokey Milan offers hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, financial modeling, and valuation. Interns work on live transactions and gain exposure similar to first-year analysts. The internship starts in June 2026.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pitch and client materials.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain experience in financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Support due diligence on buy-side and sell-side processes.
- Work as part of project teams on live transactions.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages advantageous.
- Penultimate or final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Previous internship experience in investment banking or related fields.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Good proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or interest in the sector.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
- Motivated and able to work cooperatively in a demanding environment.
