Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pitch and client materials.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain experience in financial modeling and valuation.
- Support due diligence on buy and sell side processes.
- Work on live transaction project teams.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages advantageous.
- Penultimate or final year bachelor’s/master’s student or graduate.
- Outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Previous internship experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Interest in consumer and healthcare sectors.
- Motivated and cooperative in a dynamic environment.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
