Houlihan Lokey offers a 3-month internship in Amsterdam focused on M&A, debt, and equity advisory. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence alongside investment bankers.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside investment bankers on M&A, debt, and equity advisory assignments.
- Assist in preparing client materials and conducting market, industry, and company analyses.
- Gain experience in financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Support due diligence processes throughout the internship.

Basic Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages advantageous.
- Undergraduate or Masters student in full-time education during internship.
- Strong academic record in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- International experience is desirable but not essential.
- Motivated with ability to work cooperatively in a demanding environment.
