Houlihan Lokey offers a 4-6 month Corporate Finance internship in Zurich starting January or February 2027. Interns gain hands-on experience in financial advisory, modeling, valuation, and sector analysis within a leading global investment bank.

Internship Details
- Duration: 4-6 months starting 1 Jan, 18 Jan, or 1 Feb 2027.
- Location: Zurich, Switzerland.
- Part of Corporate Finance business unit.
- Gain exposure similar to a first-year analyst.
- Work on live transactions and client materials.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pitch and client materials.
- Conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
- Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Support due diligence on buy and sell side processes.
- Collaborate with project teams on live deals.

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English required; other languages advantageous.
- Penultimate or final year bachelor/master student or recent graduate.
- Outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Previous internship experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies.

Additional Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
- Motivated and cooperative in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in consumer and healthcare sectors.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
