About the role
Join Houlihan Lokey's Zurich team as a Graduate Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A advisory within the Consumer sector. Gain broad exposure to financial analysis, capital raising, and transaction support in a collaborative environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support M&A advisory engagements in the Consumer sector, including sell-side and buy-side transactions.
- Research and analyze financial statements, economic conditions, and industry developments.
- Assist in evaluating acquisitions, divestitures, and investment attributes of companies.
- Gain knowledge of capital raising and financing structures.
- Work closely with senior professionals on live transactions.
- Contribute to a team-oriented, entrepreneurial work environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed or final year student graduating in Summer 2026.
- Available to start full-time employment in 2026.
- Ideally 6+ months internship experience in M&A, private equity, or related fields.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
