Role and Responsibilities

  • Support deal execution and industry/company research.
  • Prepare client materials in Chinese.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbal and written.
  • Available full-time onsite, five days per week.
  • Strong academic record from a reputable university.
  • Prior internship in investment banking, private equity, or corporate investment preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Capital IQ, Mergermarket).
