Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced bankers on valuation and transaction assignments.
- Assist in valuing illiquid debt and equity securities for various clients.
- Update financial models and draft client deliverables.
- Conduct market research and present analyses to internal teams.
- Receive direct feedback and mentorship from senior professionals.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Entering final year or recent graduate in accounting, economics, or finance.
- Strong academic record with coursework in accounting and finance.
- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory and methods.
- Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Japanese language fluency desirable.

Additional Requirements
- Motivated and able to work cooperatively in a demanding environment.
- International experience desirable but not essential.
- Must have valid Hong Kong work permit (IANG or student visa).
