Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial data.
- Create detailed financial models for transactions.
- Coordinate and perform business and financial due diligence.
- Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
- Conduct sector, company, and buyer research.

Requirements
- Excellent academic record from a reputable university.
- Genuine interest in M&A and complex cross-border transactions.
- 6+ months internship or full-time M&A advisory experience preferred.
- Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, excellent communication skills.
