About the role
Houlihan Lokey offers a 6-month off-cycle internship in Corporate Finance focused on Oil & Gas, based in Dubai. Interns gain exposure to mergers, acquisitions, and financing across the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on deals across Middle East and Asia-Pacific in Oil & Gas sector.
- Research and analyze financial statements and economic conditions.
- Support transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raisings.
- Gain knowledge of financing structures and investment banking services.
- Collaborate with senior professionals and participate in live engagements.
- Contribute to financial modeling and industry-specific analysis.

Requirements
- Strong academic background.
- 3-6 months prior internship in Investment Banking, preferably M&A/Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial, quantitative, and computer skills.
- Solid accounting and finance knowledge, including financial statement analysis.
- Some understanding of financial modeling.
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin advantageous.
