About the role

Guggenheim Securities offers a 2027 Investment Banking Analyst Internship in London focused on digital infrastructure. Interns support deal teams with financial modeling, valuation, research, and client presentations from September to December 2027.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support deal teams with financial model development and maintenance.
• Perform financial and valuation analyses including discounted cash flow and multiples.
• Conduct company and industry research to understand sector trends and client challenges.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations and transaction execution.
• Interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants.
• Develop understanding of investment banking products: debt, equity, M&A, restructuring.

Basic Qualifications

• On track to graduate from a top-tier university or business school in Spring/Summer 2027 or 2028.
