Role and Responsibilities
- Support deal teams with financial model development and maintenance.
- Perform financial and valuation analyses including discounted cash flow and multiples.
- Conduct company and industry research to understand sector trends and client challenges.
- Prepare and participate in client presentations and transaction execution.
- Interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants.
