Role Responsibilities

  • Support execution of M&A and capital raising transactions in Technology & Services sectors.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
  • Draft internal and client-facing materials including memoranda and presentations.
  • Conduct company, market, and sector research to support deals and business development.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or final-year student graduating in 2026.
  • Strong academic performance in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in investment banking or finance through internships or academics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
