Employee Activities Compliance Intern
Guggenheim Securities seeks a summer intern to support the Employee Activities Compliance team in New York, assisting with compliance tracking, testing, disclosures, and projects to uphold legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities
- Track onboarding progress for new hires and follow up as needed.
- Test internal compliance procedures related to employee activities.
- Assist with processing employee disclosures and related tasks.
- Support ad hoc compliance projects and data reconciliations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to organize and present data in spreadsheets and tables.
- Strong writing and research skills.
- Ability to work professionally with various teams.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications
- Currently seeking a college degree in business.

Work Location
- Role expected to be in New York office at least 4 days per week.
