Employee Activities Compliance Intern

Guggenheim Securities seeks a summer intern to support the Employee Activities Compliance team in New York, assisting with compliance tracking, testing, disclosures, and projects to uphold legal and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Track onboarding progress for new hires and follow up as needed.
  • Test internal compliance procedures related to employee activities.
  • Assist with processing employee disclosures and related tasks.
  • Support ad hoc compliance projects and data reconciliations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to organize and present data in spreadsheets and tables.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Ability to work professionally with various teams.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently seeking a college degree in business.

Work Location

  • Role expected to be in New York office at least 4 days per week.
