Role Responsibilities

• Conduct client due diligence and prepare transaction documentation.
• Support client presentations and assist deal teams with financial models.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong modeling and valuation skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives and management.
• Highly organized with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications

• On track to receive an MBA or J.D. degree by Spring 2028.

Compensation

• Base salary approximately $175,000 per year.
• Salary may vary by location and experience.
