Role and Responsibilities

• Support deal teams with financial model development and maintenance.
• Perform financial and valuation analyses including DCF and multiples.
• Conduct company and industry research to understand sector trends and client challenges.
• Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants.
• Develop a deep understanding of M&A deal processes.

Program Details

• 10-week internship program in Chicago.
• Includes formal training, mentoring, networking, social and community service events.
• Engage in a strategic advisory project.
• Work as a junior associate on strategic advisory assignments.
• Significant exposure to senior bankers and client representatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be on track to receive an MBA or J.D. degree in Spring 2028.
• Exceptional quantitative and communication skills required.
• Commitment to high-volume, high-end client services.
• Effective verbal, written, and virtual communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and work independently.

Compensation

• Base salary approximately $175,000 per year.
• Salary may vary by location and experience.
• Total compensation may include incentive components.
