Guggenheim Securities seeks MBA or JD candidates for a 2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate internship in Chicago. Interns support M&A advisory and capital raising, gaining hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, and client presentations in a collaborative team environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Support deal teams with financial model development and maintenance.
• Perform financial and valuation analyses including DCF and multiples.
• Conduct company and industry research to understand sector trends.
• Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers and clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of M&A deal processes.

Compensation

• Annual base salary of $175,000, subject to variation by location and experience.
• Total compensation may include incentive components beyond base salary.
