Role Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze liability management, restructuring, distressed M&A, and financing opportunities.
- Develop capital structure solutions and strategic alternatives for clients.
- Create and review complex financial models and valuation analyses.
- Conduct client due diligence and prepare transaction documentation.
- Support deal teams with financial models and client presentations.

- Base salary approximately $110,000 per year.
