Role Responsibilities
- Support deal teams with financial modeling and analysis.
- Perform valuation analyses including DCF, multiples, and precedent transactions.
- Conduct company and industry research to understand sector trends.
- Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers and clients.
- Develop understanding of investment banking products: Debt, Equity, M&A, Restructuring.

- Strong problem-solving and client service interest.

- Ability to work under pressure in small teams with senior management.

Additional Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is a plus.
- Core modeling and valuation experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in energy, power, or energy transition sectors.
- Interest in long-term work in Houston.

Basic Qualifications
- On track to receive a Bachelor's degree by Dec 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Preferred majors: finance, economics, or related fields.
