About the role

The nine- to ten-week Summer Associate Program in New York City is designed for students pursuing advanced degrees. Participants attend orientation, receive training, and work on real responsibilities alongside interns and firm employees within Investment Banking, supporting strategic advice and financing solutions for clients.

Program Experience

• Work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and firm employees.

Investment Banking Division

• Deliver strategic advice and creative financing solutions to clients.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, financing, and risk management transactions.
• Potential work includes cross-border mergers, subsidiary initial public offerings, and bond refinancing.
