About the role
The Goldman Sachs Summer Associate Program in Houston is a nine- to ten-week summer internship for students pursuing advanced degrees, including MBA, PhD, JD, MD, or LLM qualifications. Participants attend orientation, receive training, and work on real Investment Banking responsibilities alongside fellow interns and Goldman Sachs professionals.

Investment Banking Division
- Teams provide strategic advice and creative financing solutions to clients.
- Work may include mergers and acquisitions, financing, risk management, and cross-border transactions.
- The division also advises on initial public offerings and bond refinancing.
