About the role
The Summer Analyst Program is a 9-10 week internship for bachelor's or graduate students, offering hands-on experience in Operations at Goldman Sachs in Shenzhen.
Program Overview
- 9-10 week summer internship for bachelor's or graduate students.
- Full immersion in day-to-day activities within Operations.
- Attend orientation to learn about firm culture and responsibilities.
- Receive training to support success in the role.
- Work on real responsibilities alongside interns and staff.
Responsibilities
- Support trade processing and settlement activities.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in trade operations.
- Monitor and reengineer systems for operational efficiency.
- Help protect the firm and clients from financial risks.
- Assist in technology and process design for operations.
Application Guidelines
- Apply to up to 4 business/location combinations per recruiting year.

About Operations Division
- Core function enabling business flow at Goldman Sachs.
- Integrated with banking, sales & trading, and asset management.
- Ensures trade readiness, settlement, and accurate reporting.

- Supports design and monitoring of operational technology and processes.
