About the role
The New Analyst Program is a full-time Investment Banking opportunity in Tokyo for final-year undergraduate and graduate students. Participants learn about the firm, build business-support skills, receive training and guidance, develop professional networks, and gain exposure to strategic advice and financing solutions delivered to clients.
Program

Investment Banking Division
- Deliver strategic advice and creative financing solutions to clients.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, financing, and risk management transactions.
- Work on initiatives including cross-border mergers, initial public offerings, and bond refinancing.
