About the role
Join Garda Capital Partners as an AI Intern in Geneva or Zug for 6 months, working on cutting-edge AI projects in a global hedge fund's Innovation Lab. Develop AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making and automate data processes.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop new business solutions using Language Models and Agentic AI workflows.
- Support design and implementation of AI solutions for front office and risk systems.
- Automate data extraction, synthesis, reporting, and build tools for alternative data analysis.
- Build minimum viable products independently and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Conduct feasibility studies on frontier AI and deep learning research for business applications.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Interest in financial markets and trading.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving, organizational skills, and client-focused approach.
- Curiosity and desire to learn, innovate, and improve continuously.
