Role Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end assessment processes ensuring smooth interview and test progression.
  • Schedule interviews and assessments for various roles.
  • Organize interview room bookings and maintain presentable spaces.
  • Deliver seamless onsite and remote candidate experiences.
  • Act as the face of Talent Acquisition for candidates and interviewers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Enrolled on a relevant sandwich degree graduating in 2028 or due 2026 graduation.
  • Strong academic record including excellent A-Level or BTEC results.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative work approach.
  • Genuine interest in Human Resources.
