Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end assessment processes ensuring smooth interview and test progression.
- Schedule interviews and assessments for various roles.
- Organize interview room bookings and maintain presentable spaces.
- Deliver seamless onsite and remote candidate experiences.
- Act as the face of Talent Acquisition for candidates and interviewers.

Candidate Requirements
- Enrolled on a relevant sandwich degree graduating in 2028 or due 2026 graduation.
- Strong academic record including excellent A-Level or BTEC results.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Proactive and collaborative work approach.
- Genuine interest in Human Resources.
